Our focus is on providing Structural Engineering services for residential buildings, including new construction, cabins, remodels, additions, garages, and decks.

 

In support of this mission, we have also developed expertise in a number of complementary service areas:

TEMPORARY EXCAVATION SHORING. The sloped and dense nature of urban home sites often requires temporary shoring. Since our founding, we have continually developed our expertise in this area.

 

FORENSIC ENGINEERING. Our expert-witness services for multifamily residential projects have been particularly effective due to our expertise with light-frame structures and our thorough analytical approach.

 

SEISMIC RETROFITS. We have developed an expertise effective for modest retrofits of homes.

 

RETAIL AND TENANT IMPROVEMENTS. In addition to our expertise in light-frame construction, our team has contributed its creativity and responsiveness to dozens of small commercial projects.
