As an urban infill project, the narrow geometry of the site required creativity in the structural design of the Howell Street Lofts.  The crux to designing the project’s three tall and slender residential units was resolved by bolstering classic wood framing with a steel frame.  The result is three to four floors of livable area and a private roof deck for each unit.
